Refund & Return Policy – DESHOPIE

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:

1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) required
- Items that are damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted

3. How to Request Return

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged/defective)
- Reason for return

4. Return Shipping
For returns (except defective/damaged items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Defective / Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping if needed).

7. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Customized items (if any)
