1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently we accept online payments only. COD may be added later.

2. How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch. In some cases it may take up to 25 days depending on your location.

3. Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship to most locations across India.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use that to track your package.

5. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at deshopie6@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if needed).

6. What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
